Kenneth Feinberg Town Hall Meeting
At the request of the State of Louisiana, Kenneth Feinberg,
selected by President Obama and BP to administer the $20 billion Gulf Coast
Claims Fund, will attend a series of town hall meetings in Louisiana on Thursday, July 15. During the tour along the Louisiana coast, Feinberg will
meet with elected officials, as well as host town hall meetings in Terrebonne,
Plaquemine and Jefferson Parishes, to listen to people’s concerns and discuss
the claims process.
Below is the itinerary for the visit:
8:45 a.m. – Meeting with local elected officials from impacted parishes,
Jefferson Parish Council Chambers, 1221 Elmwood Park Blvd., Harahan (open to
the media only)

11:30 a.m. – Town Hall meeting at Houma/Terrebonne Civic Center, 346 Civic

4:30 p.m. – Town Hall meeting at Lafitte Civic Center, 4917 City Park Dr.,
