This nine-hour workshop is designed to expand home ownership capacity among potential first-time homebuyers. The four units will determine readiness for home ownership; identify and shop for a home that best meets your needs; determine attainable home price range; fix and correct credit report errors; fix credit problems; understand mortgage terms; prepare for closing; choosing insurance, and improving the home’s beauty. Upon completion of the class, the participant will receive a certificate of completion that is approved by all mortgage companies.
