Gen. Russel Honore will be a panelist for the St. Charles Rotary Club's New Generations meeting at the St. Charles Parish School Board Office on River Road in Luling beginning at 6 p.m.
New Generations is a Rotary event to allow young people to express their concerns to local Leaders. The public is invited to attend.
