SoLA senior drama classes will be presenting Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at 7 p.m. April 15 and 16 and 2 p.m. April 17 at the Ellender High School Auditorium, 3012 Patriot Drive in Houma. We’ll meet the captivating princess Snow White, the prince, the evil queen and, of course, the seven mischievous dwarfs — Sarge, Gabby, Gloomy Gus, Ticklish, Spritely, Snore and Slowpoke. There’s also a hilarious palace cat and an enchanted vixen. Following the traditional storyline, the fairy tale is brought to life with an eclectic score of toe-tapping tunes. The cast is made up of SoLA drama senior students ranging in ages from 11 to 15.
These shows are fun for the whole family, especially children.
Tickets will go on sale April 4.
Tickets will be available at the door for $10 or before the show at the SoLA office, 7839 Park Ave. in Houma, 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday or online at www.solacenter.org/theatre.
