The St. Charles Parish Department of Community Services is happy to announce its partnership with the United States Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots program this holiday season.

The organization will distribute 1,000 toys to Department of Community Services clients that are East Bank residents. (A separate organization will host distribution for West Bank residents. Please call (504) 940-4708 for more information.)

The special distribution event will be held at 3 p.m. Dec. 18 at the St. Rose American Legion Hall, 12188 River Road in St. Rose. The event is for children ages 5 through 12. Pre-registration is required through the Department of Community Services either at the main office, 14564 River Road in New Sarpy, or the St. Rose Community Center, 608 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose.
