A Resolution approving the form of and authorizing the execution of a Lease Agreement and Agreement to Issue Bonds, Act of Conveyance, and any and all additional documents and certifications deemed necessary in connection with the granting of a favorable payment in lieu of tax arrangement and the potential issuance of not exceeding $18,000,000.00 of Revenue Bonds (Kongsberg Maritime, Inc.) of The Industrial Development Board of the Parish of St. Charles, Louisiana, Inc., and providing for other
matters with respect to the foregoing.
