On-theJob Training (OJT)

This a great option for the employer find it difficult to find qualified applicants for demand positions. For qualified individuals, we may be able to reimburse a portion of a new hire’s wages while they are being trained on the job.

 

Customized Training

Funding assistance may be available to employers to train a group fo to-be-hired employees in the specific occupational skills required by the employer for immediate job openings.

 

Tax Credits – Up to $9,600 possible per employee

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit available to employers for hiring individuals from certain target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment. WOTC joins other workforce programs that incentivize workplace diversity and facilitate access to good jobs for American workers.
