Cooking Matters at the Store is a one-hour nutrition and food budgeting class that provides at-risk families and individuals with the skills and confidence to stretch their food dollars and find healthy, affordable groceries. The class is structured as an interactive grocery store tour. At the end of class, each participant finds ingredients to make a healthy meal for four for $10 or less, paid for by Second Harvest.
