This housing fair and workshop is a collaborative effort between St. John, St. James and St. Charles Parishes. The Home Buyers Workshop is a one-day informational workshop that offers residents a “one-stop” approach towards home ownership. Even those who are already home owners can attend. We will have representatives from the three parishes available to advise on credit repair, foreclosure, home ownership, realty, refinancing, small interest loans, rehabilitation loans and more.
