The Sister’s In Christ ministry of Fresh Faith Worship Center formerly Faith Praise & Deliverance Temple of New Sarpy, Louisiana, along with the Fresh Faith Family is hosting its 3rd Annual Gospel Music Festival on October 21-23, 2011 at the 9th Street Park in New Sarpy.

The festival hours will be Friday, October 21st, 6 pm until 10 pm; Saturday, October 22nd, 12 noon until 10 pm and Sunday, October 23rd, 12 noon until 8 pm.

Come out and join us for a fun-filled weekend of Food, Games, Carnival Rides and Soul-stirring LIVE Gospel Music!

For the past two years the Sister’s In Christ Youth Ministry has hosted this event as a fundraiser to allow the young ladies to take summer trips, picnics and so much more. The Sister’s In Christ are a group of young ladies from our church and community who need positive guidance dealing with the pressures of growing up. This year they are teaming up with the entire Fresh Faith Family to make this an occasion to remember.

Last year we brought in the carnival attractions and it was the buzz our community. Many life-long residents stated that it’s been over 30 years since New Sarpy has hosted its own fair. It brought a since of pride to our community. We are looking forward to this being an annual event.

The proceeds will continue to support our SIC group and other community outreaches of Fresh Faith Worship Center such as our Community Unity Day.
