Computer Basics is designed for those that have very little experience using a computer. If you are new to computing, just purchased a new computer or are interested in learning about the basics of computing than this class is for you. Users will learn to navigate around the computer screen with the mouse, identify parts of the computer, and understand basic knowledge of the operating system. Additionally, users will be able to practice new skills with hands-on activities.

All classes are single two hour classes, not continuing courses. It is necessary to register for each class you wish to attend, but you may register for all available classes at the same time. Call any St. Charles Parish Library or visit their website www.myscpl.org to register. Everyone is welcomed to repeat classes as many times as they wish...and they are always free!
