The Des Allemands Volunteer Fire Department will host a blood and toy drive this holiday season through Dec. 15.
Toys will be gifts to patients at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans and
may be dropped off at the fire station, 16960 Highway 90 in Des
Allemands, until Dec. 15. Toys and gifts are needed year-round for
patients from birth to 21 years of age. All toys must be new and in
original packaging and must not be gift wrapped. For a complete list of

Also on that day, a blood drive will be held from 3:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the fire station.
