EASTER BUNNY VISIT, FACE PAINTING, PONY RIDES

‘PASS ALONG’ PLANT EXCHANGE
10:30 a.m. April 7.
Free registration begins at 10 a.m.
Ormond Plantation, Destrehan
All are invited to participate by bringing a well-established, healthy specimen in a half-gallon or larger container. Participants are encouraged to start planting now to ensure a healthy specimen in April. Each person will be allowed one entry. The botanical or pet name of the plant should be included, along with simple instructions for care. Old Southern plants are always very popular, such as those “passed down” or “cut” from plants of family and friends. The plant exchanges are interesting as someone always enters a very unusual and sometimes rare plant.
