Stewards of Children™ is an award-winning training program which teaches adults how to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. This program offers training on the 7 Steps for Protecting Children from child sexual abuse. In addition to prevention training for individuals, the full program package includes tools for organizations that facilitate the development of policies and procedures for sexual abuse prevention. Participants are expected to attend the training in its entirety. A certificate of completion is awarded for 3 hours of continuing education from the National Association of Social Workers and the National Board for Certified Counselors.
