The St. Charles Parish Council will hold a meeting beginning at 6:00 pm August 15, 2022 in the Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Courthouse, 15045 River Road in Hahnville.

A resolution authorizing the St. Charles Parish Council to approve the Industrial Tax Exemption application for Bunge North America, Inc., Project ID: 20220178-ITE for participation in the Industrial Tax Exemption Program for potential projects at Bunge’s Facility in Destrehan, Louisiana.

An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Providence Engineering and Environmental Group, LLC, to perform engineering services for the Raw Water Intake Structure Pile Bent Replacement Project (Project No. WWKS 112), in the not to exceed amount of $86,800.00.

A resolution to approve the Civil Service Pay Plan as recommended by the Personnel Officer in accordance with the Compensation and Pay Classification Study conducted by SSA Consultants.

A resolution to request an emergency temporary change of the Polling Places for all Elections held at Precincts 1‑2, 1-2A, 2-3, 4-1, and 4-1A, between August 15, 2022, and December 31, 2022.
The council will also hear a reports from St. Charles Community Health Center and the Parish President.
